St. Urho's Day 2007

Once again, Timo and Uncle Toivo were able to take in the annual St. Urho's Day Parade in Finlayson. It usually conflicts with other St. Urho's Day events, so we aren't always able to attend. Weather was quite nice, with the temperature near 60 degrees and plenty of sunshine. There were also plenty of huge snow piles left from recent snowstorms, some over eight feet high! The Finlayson parade is only about four blocks long, right down Finland Avenue. Here are a few images from the 2007 event....
